- ENROLLMENT/ELIGIBLE CARDS: Enrollment limited. Must first add offer to eligible Card and then use same Card to redeem. Once you save the offer to your eligible Card, you will have 90 days to redeem. Only purchases made with a Delta SkyMiles® American Express Card are eligible. Limit 1 enrolled Card per Card Member. Your enrollment of an eligible American Express Card for this offer extends only to that Card and does not extend to any other Cards that may be linked to the same Delta SkyMiles program account (such as additional cards linked to your Account, as authorized by you, and subject to the terms of the Cardmember Agreement). Offer is non-transferable. ELIGIBLE PURCHASES: An "eligible purchase" means a purchase made with your enrolled Card within 90 days upon saving the offer to your Card in accordance with these terms. Each time you make one or more eligible purchases totaling at least $10,000+, you will receive 10,000 additional Delta Miles, up to 3 times. These additional miles are in addition to any miles you would normally receive for purchases on your Card under the terms of the Delta SkyMiles program, but the number of additional miles you receive will be based on the purchase price after any credit or other discount is applied. Additional miles will be credited to your Program account within 90 days after the offer end date provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase. Cash advances, balance transfers, other fees and charges such as interest, annual fees and foreign currency conversion fees are not eligible transactions and do not qualify for this offer. You may not receive the additional miles if we receive inaccurate information or are otherwise unable to identify your purchase as eligible for the offer. For example, you may not receive the additional miles if (a) the Merchant uses a third-party to sell their products or services; or (b) the Merchant uses a third-party to process or submit your transaction to us (e.g., using mobile or wireless card readers); or (c) you choose to make a purchase using a third-party payment account or make a purchase using a mobile or digital wallet. Purchases may fall outside of the offer period in some cases due to a delay in merchants submitting transactions to us or if the purchase date differs from the date you made the transaction (for example, the purchase date for online orders may be the shipping date). Note that we may not receive information about your qualifying purchase from Merchant until all items from your eligible purchase have been provided/shipped by Merchant. We may not credit additional miles to, or we may take away additional miles that have been credited to, your program account if the qualifying purchase is returned/cancelled. EARNING MILES/ADDITIONAL TERMS: The enrolled Card account must be active, not be past due, cancelled or have a returned payment outstanding to receive the additional miles. Any additional miles you receive through this offer are in addition to the miles you would normally receive for purchases charged to your Card, but the number of additional miles you receive will be based on the purchase price after any credit or other discount is applied.
