After renewing your Card each year, you can receive a Companion Certificate for a round-trip flight on Delta First, Delta Comfort, or Delta Main to select destinations, with a requirement to pay government-imposed taxes and fees ranging from $22 to $250 for itineraries with up to four flight segments, subject to baggage charges and other restrictions, with Delta Basic experiences not being eligible for this benefit.
